The 5 Bs Self-Care Group is a place to practice. Over six Sundays, a small circle of six to ten people meets to learn, reflect, and build self-care that lasts beyond the moment of burnout. Each week centers on one of the 5 Bs: Breath, Boundaries, Belonging, Balance, and Belief, with simple tools you can carry into your real life.
This is a small, closed circle on purpose. Once we begin, no one new joins, which is what lets the room become safe enough to be honest in.
